• Misconduct, abuse, or disruption may lead to removal from the course without refund.

6. Online Class Guidelines

• A stable internet connection is the responsibility of the student.
• Students are encouraged to keep cameras on for better interaction.
• Recording or distributing class content without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, notes, and content provided by English Fearless are the intellectual property of the institute.
• You may not copy, share, or distribute materials without written permission.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Attendance & Access

• Access to live classes and recordings is limited to enrolled students only.
• Access duration may vary depending on the course plan.
• Repeated absence may affect learning outcomes, and no compensation will be provided.

9. Results Disclaimer

• English Fearless provides guidance and training to improve English speaking skills.
• Results may vary depending on individual effort, practice, and participation.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement or fluency within a fixed time.

10. Limitation of Liability

English Fearless shall not be held responsible for:

• Missed classes due to personal reasons
